Returns and right of withdrawal

You have 14 calendar days after receiving your order to indicate, without giving any reason, that you wish to cancel the agreement. Notify us by e-mail at info@dutch-peptides.nl with your order number.

After your notification you have another 14 days to return the product.

• The product is unused, unopened and the original seal is intact.
• The product is in its original packaging, including any accessories.
• For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or unsealed vials, opened bacteriostatic water and used syringes cannot be returned.

The cost of the return shipment is borne by the customer, unless the product is damaged, defective or incorrectly delivered. In that case we cover the shipping costs in full.

As soon as we have received and inspected the returned item, we refund the full purchase amount, including the original standard shipping costs, within 14 days. Refunds are always made using the same payment method you used to pay. There are no costs involved for you.

Send an e-mail within 48 hours of receipt to info@dutch-peptides.nl with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. We'll send a free replacement or refund the full amount — your choice.

Never send back a package without contacting us first. After your return notification you'll receive the correct return address and instructions by e-mail. We cannot process shipments returned without prior notification.

Complaints are answered within 3 business days. If we can't resolve it together, you can submit your complaint via the European ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
