All payments are processed via Stripe, a PCI-DSS certified payment provider. Your data is sent encrypted and we never store card details ourselves.

Prices and VAT
All prices on the website are in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs (€ 4.95, free from € 75) are shown separately and clearly in the cart before you check out. There are no hidden costs or subscriptions.
When is the amount charged
The amount is charged immediately when you complete the order. You'll receive an order confirmation by e-mail within a few minutes, including a breakdown of your order.
Security
The entire website runs on a secure HTTPS connection. Payment details are processed directly by Stripe and never reach our servers.
Refunds
Refunds always go via the same payment method as the original payment and are processed within 14 days. Read more in our returns policy.
